Our staff will send you a booking confirmation by e-mail. Full payment or partially payment should be processed the following way: by cash or by credit card. Prepayment should be made not later than 24 hours prior to check-in time (14:00) date of arrival. Reservations are supplied with non-refundable rates and should be prepaid during 48 hours after booking.
Reservation is considered confirmed and guaranteed only after partial or full prepayment.
Cancellation:
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Once a reservation is booked you are allowed to modify/cancel it up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date and no cancellation fees. If the guest failed to show-up on the arrival date or cancellation of room reservation is done after the 24 hours threshold, a 1-night penalty will be applied. Please read the terms of booking and cancellation your chosen rate carefully.

Hotel currency is Russian ruble. Please note, reservations booked in other currencies and payment made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in Russian rubles equivalent based on the current exchanged rate. Currency conversations by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
We accept almost all major cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard,American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, Union Pay) and cash. The payment can also be made via bank transfer.
Registration fee for foreign citizens is 200 rubles per person.
Accommodation with children
Children under 7 years old stay for free when sharing their parents’ room. Baby cribs can be provided without a charge upon availability.
Extra bed
An extra bed is provided for an additional by request. Please, note that it can be provided into Superior and Deluxe rooms only.
Pets
Pets are not allowed except for guide dogs.
Smoking
Akyan St. Petersburg is a non-smoking hotel. A 5000 rub. fee will apply to any guests who smoke in their room or public areas. Thank you for your understanding.
